Socialite Paris Hilton was spotted sharing a passionate kiss with her new rumoured filmmaker boyfriend Todd Phillips.

The 30-year-old heiress who was seen hanging out with the `Hangover` filmmaker just days after her split from boyfriend Cy Waits, was caught on camera kissing the `Hangover` director on Thursday night inside Beacher`s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, reported a website.

Hilton and Phillips have been friends for some years and were spotted leaving celeb hangout the Chateau Marmont Hotel together at the weekend.
