Olivia Wilde reveals nipples were digitally added in sex scene

Actress Olivia Wilde has revealed that she was not actually nude in an upcoming sex scene for movie `Cowboys and Aliens`, but her nipples were digitally added to make her look so.

Wilde, 27, revealed in an interview on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show that she wore pasties to cover her nipples and preserver her modesty, but due to a staging glitch, they were clearly visible in the scene.

"I appeared to be naked ... because they CGI`d me naked," Fox News quoted her as saying.

To preserve the scene`s authenticity, the producers digitally overwrote them with artificial ones.

"In that scene Ryan Reynolds is supposed to be covering them and he moved and so the pasties were in the movie and so they had to paint in nipples using CGI," Wilde said.

"And I got to approve the nipples! They sent me an email saying, ``Please review nipple cover shot one through seven and decide which one is most like the original``.

"I don`t know what the producer was using as source material... but I think it`s pretty close," she added.

No `Daddy` for Salman Khan in `Bodyguard`!

Following the hullabaloo created over the father’s role in Salman Khan’s `Bodyguard`, the `Dabangg` superstar has decided to put the controversy to rest.
Salman has finally made up his mind to scrap `Daddy`s` role from `Bodyguard` that stirred a series of controversies and also went on to dampen his relationship with thick friend Sanjay Dutt.

The story started when Sanju baba and Sallu mianhad a messy argument at Maanyata Dutt’s birthday party. Salman was hell bent on having Sanjay Dutt on board to play his dad in his upcoming flick but the latter declined the offer saying he wasn’t old enough to play Khan`s Daddy.

Narrating what happened, a source while talking to a daily said, “Not for a minute did Salman think that Sanjay would feel insulted on being offered the role. But when Salman got such a negative reaction from Sanju, he was really hurt. He hid his feelings in his usual way. He got brash and aggressive at the party. However, now Salman has decided to scrap the role completely. He thinks, if Sanju doesn`t do it, no one else should either."

On being contacted by the daily, producer Atul Agnihotri said, "There`s no such casting in the film."

Hmm… we all know how adamant Salman is. He hates hearing “NO” for an answer so he thought it was best for his to trash the role!

Aishwarya Rai will never ape Kate Middleton!

When it comes to matters related to wedding, Aishwarya Rai is very much like any other emotional Indian woman. She might be a proud endorser of countless international brands but at the end of the day, Ash is typically Indian at heart.

So what if she walks the Cannes red carpet in designer western gowns, our very own Bachchan bahu will never do what Princess Catherine aka Kate Middleton did recently!
The newly crowned Duchess of Cambridge had happily put her iconic wedding gown on display at an exhibition at the Buckingham Palace. But soon ‘mom-to-be’ Aishwarya will never exhibit her wedding attire in public.
Talking to a daily, a source close to the actress said, "While most brides want designers to make their wedding outfits, Ash and her mom chose her wedding saree from a non-designer store. They flew to Chennai and selected a traditional South Indian yellow and gold Kanjeevaram saree for her big day."

The former Miss World has kept the saree in her wardrobe after packing it carefully and if her bundle of joy happens to be a girl, then she might as well hand it over to her when she grows up!

Dia Mirza shares life-altering experience in ‘Love, Break Up Zindagi’

Dia Mirza has revealed that her life has been altered and love for cinema has been increased by her move to produce her new film ‘Love, Break Up Zindagi’.

“It’s been life-altering; it has increased my love for cinema. It’s a wonderful opportunity to change life, in your own small way,” Gulf News quoted her as saying.

“More than anything else, I think it’s gratifying to be a part of a film from inception to the end,” she stated.

The 29-year-old actress, who turned up in Dubai for her IIFA visit, revealed that she really liked the creative part of production.

“I do love acting and being in front of the camera, but the scope of creativity is so much more when you are a producer,” she said.

“From helping with the production design to figuring out the wardrobe to zeroing in on locations, and co-ordinating with multiple departments to make it happen,” she added.

Hundreds march in New Delhi`s `SlutWalk`

Around 200 people gathered at the iconic Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on Sunday to protest sexual violence against women. The Indian capital is the latest city to hold an international series of protests known as "SlutWalk". The gathering took place under the name of `Besharmi Morcha` (meaning shameless protest).

Delhi and the National Capital Region, which is infamous for being “unsafe” for women, has become the first Indian city to stage the “Slutwalk” thereby making it loud and clear that the city desperately needs to make women feel secure rather making them feel vulnerable.

However, New Delhi’s protests featured none of the short skirts, fishnet stockings or lingerie typical in other cities. But the marchers` message was no less adamant.

While millions of women in India now work outside their homes, the country is still largely conservative. Perhaps keeping that in mind, most marchers wore jeans and T-shirts or salwar-kameezes (the Indian tunic paired with loose pants).

The protests originated in Toronto, Canada, sparked by a police officer`s remark that women could avoid being raped by not dressing like "sluts."

Only dhai kilo ka haath for Sunny!

Our very own Dharam’s garam son Sunny Deol is all set to get back into action.

The macho man of Bollywood, who has given a number of action oriented blockbusters, is gearing up for the sequel of his 1990s’ super-hit flick `Ghayal`. The film that also starred Raj Babbar, Moushmi Chatterjee and Meenakshi Sheshadri will now see a contemporary treatment.

And Sunny Pa ji, who can uproot a hand pump at the drop of a hat with ease, feels that his dhai kilo ka haath is more than enough to knock his enemies down in the flick.

An oldie in comparison to the young breed of actors in B-Town, Sunny does not believe it is compulsory to go for six-pack abs. He does not even feel the need to follow his “somewhat” contemporaries Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, who have sported six-packs in `Om Shanti Om` and `Ghajini` respectively.

Discussing the six-pack abs trend, Sunny told a daily, “I won’t sport a six-pack. Mera dhai kilo ka haath hi kaafi hai(my hand is strong enough) for my fans. They will come to watch me anyway.”

This Punjab da puttar has flaunted his macho physique a number of times on screen. And considering his lineage, he is a fitness freak for sure!

“If seeing stars sport a six-pack influences youngsters to remain fit, it’s a good thing. But one should be cautious of not taking shortcuts to achieve those abs or biceps. It can be harmful,” said Sunny.

Kids ask about marriage more and more: Brad Pitt

Hollywood star Brad Pitt, who is raising six children with partner Angelina Jolie, reveals that his choices have changed after becoming a father. Now, before signing on any movie, he thinks about what his kids will see.

"I think that after becoming a father, I am changing in my choices. Today, everything I do, I look at in the context of what my kids are going to see and feel. I think about everything I do now - what my kids are gonna see, how they`re gonna feel. But I think they know me as a dad; I hope they would just think I`m a pretty damn good actor," Pitt said.

Pitt and Jolie have been together since 2005. They are raising six kids -- adopted children Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, and Zahara, 6, and biological children Shiloh, 5, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

The 47-year-old also hinted that there are chances of him marrying his actress girlfriend as they are being pressurised by their children to do so.

"The kids ask about marriage. It`s meaning more and more to them. So it`s something we`ve got to look at. If Angie and I feel it`s important for the kids, then we`ll get married," said Pitt.

Known for hits like "Mr and Mrs Smith", "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" and "Ocean`s Eleven", Pitt had shot for "The Mighty Heart" in Pune, India.

"While in Pune, I went for a motorbike ride all by myself. I was so fascinated by the chaos, the traffic, different rules we have been having that I wanted to get out on the road. So I bought a helmet and was able to ride around quite peacefully."

He enjoyed being in India but when he comes to Bollywoood movies, Pitt says, "I don`t know a lot. I can`t sing and dance."

The actor is upbeat about his new film, "Tree of Life" that released in India Friday. Directed by Terrence Malick, the film earned rave reviews at the Cannes Film Festival. It received the prestigious 2011 Golden Palm (Palme d`Or) award at film festival.

"For me, the adults that we are are the direct result of the children we were. In this sense `The Tree of Life` follows the lives of three brothers who move between a loving mother, who represents the purest goodness, and a father, who is a human with his own faults," he said.

The film also stars Sean Penn and Jessica Chastain.

Ryan Reynolds still not over ex-wife Scarlett Johansson

While ex-wife Scarlett Johansson moved on to Sean Penn a month after their split announcement, actor Ryan Reynolds says he is yet to recover form their divorce.

The couple got married on September 27, 2008 and announced their separation in December 2010 and the divorce has left Reynolds devastated, reported Aceshowbiz.

"I`m not out of it yet. At all. But optimism is definitely on my cards. Anyone who gets divorced goes through a lot of pain, but you come out of it. Any kind of crisis can be good. It wakes you up. I gotta say, I`m a different person than I was six months ago," Reynolds said.

The actor who was linked up with German model Agnes Fischer post the split, says he is quite happy with his single status.

"I`ve been in relationships pretty much since high school. Some people look at that as a good thing. I think wiser people might see that as a house of cards.

"Departing a relationship and still maintaining the idea that this is still the same person I married is a great luxury that I experienced. Thankfully I was in a relationship where two people chose to remain on the high road in every regard," Reynolds said.

Anushka spills the beans on her relationship with Ranveer

Even as the whole world speculates the association between ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ couple Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh, the former recently talked about her brief romantic liaison with the latter on Simi Garewal’s latest talk show ‘Simi Selects India’s Most Desirables.’

Anushka, who made her debut in ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan opened up about her relationship with Ranveer saying that she is not dating the actor, “I like him, he`s attractive but we two are very different people. We have a very volatile relationship, we can actually kill each other and I am serious. I can take his head off, he can take mine off, and we are quite like that.”

“I and Ranveer are quite the opposites, for instance, we see life in a very different way, he is a very practical person and I am completely impractical. For me a relationship can’t be very frivolous, I need to be with another man, he needs to calm me down. Otherwise it would not be a good relationship. Also I think both of us are not ready to be in a relationship right now....I think Ranveer is not ready to be in a relationship right now, I`m definitely not ready to be in a relationship right now,” added the petite actress.

Playboy bunnies back Hefner over ex-fiancee’s ‘2-sec sex skill’ remarks

Several Playboy playmates have defended Hugh Hefner over his ex-fiancee Crystal Harris’ allegations that he is poor in bed, claiming that the 85-year-old actually is ‘a lot of fun’.

Harris recently questioned Hefner’s masculinity saying that they had sex just once and it lasted only for two seconds. But now the Playboy founder’s darling girls have dismissed her allegations.

“I’ve heard girls say they have a lot of fun in there,” the Daily Mail quoted Hiromi Oshima, Playboy’s Miss June 2004, as telling People’s magazine about life in the Playboy mansion.

Meanwhile, Playboy model Dani Mathers also rubbished reports that Hefner ‘lasted two seconds’ in bed and only had sex with Harris once.

“Hef is a lover,” Mathers told the website.

“I think they definitely had sex more than that one time and it wasn’t two minutes. Hef definitely has a sex life,” she added.

Another Playmate Shanna McLaughlin, who appeared in the magazine in July 2010, also came out in defence calling him ‘an amazing man’.

“I think the whole thing with Crystal is really sad, and Hef is such an amazing man,” she said.

“He provides so much for everyone that’s around him and all of the Playmates.

“I think some things should be kept private between two people, especially in a break-up scenario,” she added.

Modern technology makes romance for Olivia Wilde hard

Actress Olivia Wilde has revealed that she is struggling to cope with romance, and it is all due to the confusing modern technology.

Wilde, 27, who split from her ex, Italian prince Tao Ruspoli, at the end of 2010 after nine years of marriage, is stunned at how much the dating world has changed thanks to the rising popularity of social networking.

“Dating is new to me,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling Nylon magazine.

“I see the whole thing like someone who’s been in a coma and I’ve come out like, ‘Wait, people text message? They text love? How do you text about love?’ ‘Three Xs and a smiley face? Emoticon?’ Deal breaker!” she stated.

`Without Men` features Eva Longoria in lesbian scene

The interest sparked by a lesbian scene featuring Eva Longoria and Mexican actress Kate del Castillo has marked the US debut of the comedy `Without Men`.

In the film, Longoria distances herself from her well-known character in `Desperate Housewives` to play the part of a strong-willed widow who winds up becoming the mayor of her town when leftist guerrillas kidnap all the men.

It is a situation that the female residents of the remote town overcome, however, forging a new type of utopian society and the experience fosters a great love for one another among the surviving townspeople.

"It`s good that the people are going to see it out of prurient interest, although the film is more than that," Argentine director Gabriela Tagliavini - who undertook to adapt the story based on the novel "Tales from the Town of Widows" by Colombian-born author James Canon - told EFE.

"It`s a human and social proposal but in the form of a daring comedy. We seize on the cliches and we laugh about them," Tagliavini said, insisting that "it`s not a lesbian drama" and neither is it a feminist allegory.

Longoria "really liked the script", said the director who, with a very small filming budget, relied on personal relationships to assemble the cast consisting of Longoria, Del Castillo, Christian Slater, Oscar Nunez, Maria Conchita Alonso and Monica Huarte, among others.

With regard to the already famous sex scene between Longoria and Del Castillo, part of which is shown in the film`s trailer, Tagliavini admitted that the two actresses were "a little nervous and were laughing" about doing the scene.
`Without Men` will hit the screen Friday in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago, and over the next few weeks it will begin showing in San Diego, San Antonio and Miami.

‘Comfortable’ Kelly Rowland poses nude for Vibe mag cover shoot

‘X Factor’ judge Kelly Rowland has stripped all to pose for a sexy photo shoot of Vibe Magazine.

The 30-year-old star’s topless snap has been published on the cover of the publication, which shows her maintaining a little modesty by concealing her breasts with hands.

The photos undoubtedly will push the sell of her latest album ‘Here I Am’, and its racy first track ‘Motivation’.

However, Rowland insisted that her new image was not about ‘cheap’ attention grabbing.

“I just wanted it to be skin, I’m so comfortable in my skin. As a woman, sometimes that takes so long to get to,” the Daily Mail quoted her as telling the magazine.

“I’m not trying to sell sex. I’m just completely being myself,” she told the Daily News.

“I don’t let nobody dictate who I am. I did it that way for too long that I don’t care about those people no more. I really don’t,” she added.

Drama queen Rakhi Sawant, who has been making headlines for her `C-Sting panty` act has thanked American reality star and socialite Kim Kardashian for inspiring her.

Apparently, Kim, who loves flaunting her well carved figure, loved the concept of C-Sting panties and our desi sex-bomb too felt the need for one!

What will be Rakhi’s next move to grab eyeballs?

Only time will tell!

Rachel Weisz, Daniel Craig caught kissing on night out

Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig might have tied the knot in secret but the newlyweds made no attempts to hide their romance as they shared a kiss in public recently.

The pair made their first public appearance as a couple after the Cinema Society and Dior Beauty screening of `The Whistleblower`, heating things up with a very public
rooftop liplock, reported People magazine.

"When Daniel arrived on the roof deck, he embraced Rachel and gave her a long tender kiss on the lips. It was very romantic," a source at the James Hotel after-party said.

RGV gets an unique request from Neeraj Grover’s father

After objecting to Ram Gopal Verma’s film ‘Not A Love Story’, Amar Nath Grover, father of murdered producer Neeraj Grover has asked Ramu to donate part of the film’s earning to a charity.

The film is said to be based on the infamous Neeraj Grover murder case which convicted Maria Susiaraj and her then fiancé Emile Jerome to three years and seven years of imprisonment respectively.

The film starring Mahie Gill and Deepak Dobriyal has already received a lot of flak from all sections of the society. Slated for an August release, the film’s director has filed a caveat in court to ensure that his controversial film is not stalled by any of the concerned parties going to court to stay the release of his film.

Speaking to a daily, Neeraj’s mother, Neelam Grover, said, "Earlier, we were planning to go to the court against the film. But when we were in Delhi, Mahesh Bhatt spoke on our behalf to Ram Gopal Varma to find out if the film shows anything related to casting couch. RGV assured him that the film had no such content. It only shows how Neeraj was brutally murdered and how Jerome is behind bars because of Maria`s act. Since then we have been patiently waiting for the release of the film."

Neeraj`s father, Amar Nath Grover, added, "As a father I just want that my son`s image should not be tarnished. I want RGV to make a trust in Neeraj`s name, either in Mumbai or Kanpur. He should donate a part of his earnings from the film to the trust."

"The trust would work to provide medical facilities to the underprivileged. I am also okay if Ram Gopal Varma gets a two-three room polyclinic constructed in Kanpur, which is taken care of by the trust. I don`t want to be a beneficiary of the trust. If the film in anyway shows my son in bad light, then the work done by the trust would help me in protecting his image."

Ram Gopal Varma remained unavailable for comment.

Salman aims to outdo all Khans by dancing

With his newly acquired confidence as a box office champ, Salman Khan is now working on proving himself as the best dancer among all the Khans.

This was his brief to his current favourite choreographer Mudassar Khan, when they started shooting the track ‘Desi beat’ for his upcoming "Bodyguard".

"Salman is hell-bent on proving he`s the best dancer among the Khans. When `Desi beat` was being planned, Salman very clearly told Mudassar that he wants to be the best dancer among all the Khans. Salman shot the song like crazy," a source says.

As if getting his favourite choreographer was not enough, Salman also got on board a song director to shoot the number.

The concept of a song director joining the choreographer for a star is still novel in Bollywood. Sanjay Leela Bhansali served as a song director in Vidhu Vinod Chopra`s ‘1942: A Love Story’ even as Farah Khan was the choreographer.

And now Salman, we hear from reliable sources, wants to patent this collaborative style of shooting a song.

"Salman will work simultaneously with a choreographer of his choice and a dance director in all his major song and dance numbers," says the source.

When asked about the ‘Bodyguard’ number, producer Atul Agnihotri confirmed: "We got Mudassar and also a song director, Sumit Dutt. The number rocks."

The collaboration that started with ‘Dabangg’ where Salman gave Mudassar the chance to choreograph the song "Humka peeni hai", has now reached a stage where Salman insists on bringing his blue-eyed choreographer in all his films as a lucky mascot. Looks like, Salman has found his own version of what Saroj Khan used to be for Madhuri Dixit.

For the "Bodyguard number", the source adds: "Mudassar was told to take Salman out of his comfort zone as a dancer. Salman has never done this before. This is the first time Salman has followed a choreographer`s instruction to the minutest detail."

Veena Malik is the Pakistani counterpart of Rakhi Sawant: Raza Murad

Veteran actor and a member of Cine and TV Artists Association (CINTAA), Raza Murad has expressed his unhappiness over having Pakistani artistes in the Indian showbiz industry.

Murad, who has primarily acted as a villain in films does not appreciate Pakistani actress Veena Malik’s regular visits to India. Moreover, he feels she is Pakistan’s answer to queen of sleazy controversies Rakhi Sawant.

Expressing his take on the influx of artistes from across the border, Murad, while talking to a tabloid said, “I’m sorry to say Veena Malik is the Pakistani counterpart of Rakhi Sawant. She keeps flying between the two countries as though she’s commuting between Bandra and Malad. But for us Indians it`s easier to go to the moon than visit Pakistan.”

Veena, who became a house hold name post her slimy ‘Bigg Boss’ stint is now in India to start working on her Bollywood projects. She is also struggling and controversy stricken actor Ashmit Patel’s alleged ladylove.

However, the two actors have categorically denied sharing a romantic relationship with each other!

Reportedly, Veena has taken a 7 star apartment on rent in Mumbai.

Murad, whom also happens to be the chairperson of the joint settlement dispute committee of the Cine and TV Artists Association (CINTAA) does not believe in hiring Pakistani artistes as Indian artistes have never been invited or entertained in Pakistan.

Talking about filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt’s efforts to bridge the gap between the two countries, Murad said, “I respect Bhatt Saab`s gesture. He calls Pakistani artistes with good intentions. "Lekin saamne wale ki neeyat bhi to achchi honi chahiye. We`re never invited to their country. Even if we are, we never get the visas on time.”
The veteran seems to be irked the way celebrities from across the border have been making the most of the opportunity India gives them. He said, “Sportspersons, mediapersons and entertainers from Pakistan thoroughly enjoy our hospitality.
But the warmth is totally one-sided. They make crores in India. But do not disclose their income and head straight to the airport after making their money and abusing our hospitality.”

India, which is now home to music-director-singer Adnan Sami and singer-actress Salma Agha of Pakistani origin, has always welcomed people irrespective of their background.

“Others like Madame Salma Agha and Mr Adnan Sami who are staying in India for years, are enjoying every facility given to an Indian citizen. Forget Atithee tum kab jaoge, our attitude is, Atithee tum kab aaoge, (We never wait for the guests to leave but we earnestly wait for them to come)," said the veteran.

Meandes has also warned Cheryl that the footballer could "destroy" her and she hoped that Cheryl doesn`t let that happen.

The air hostess wrote: "He`s calculating and knows what he is doing. While he was trying to win you back, he was with me - and that is just wrong."

A day after Hugh Hefner’s runaway bride spilled their not-so-hot sex secrets on US radio, the Playboy mogul has said her claim was a lie.

The runaway bride Harris claimed on Howard Stern Show recently that sex with Hefner lasted just “two seconds”.

But the 85-year-old Playboy founder defended his reputation as a legendary lothario, tweeting, “Crystal lied about our relationship on Howard Stern but I don’t know why.”

“Maybe a new boyfriend?” the Daily Mail quoted him as saying.

In another message to a fan, he again hit out at Harris, 25, for being dishonest.

“Crystal convinced me that she adored me,” he replied to another follower.

“That was the first lie,” he added.

I did not steal someone`s husband: Richards

Actress Denise Richards says that she is not the reason of American rock guitarist Richie Sambora`s divorce with wife Heather Locklear, insisting he had already filed for divorce before she fell in love with the rocker.

Richards found love with the Bon Jovi star in 2006, soon after she ended her marriage to actor Charlie Sheen.

"We (her and Sambora) were friends and we were both going through divorces, and that`s what drew us to each other... I did not steal someone`s husband. Did I date a former friend`s ex-husband? Yes. Did I break up a marriage? No," a website quoted Richards as saying.

"If I was still friends with (Locklear), that never would have happened with Richie. There was no friendship anymore prior to Richie and I getting together," she added.

Om Puri plays a Anna Hazare in the reel life!

There are rigid social systems that still dominate our modern society. The patriarchal Indian society has many unruly and unaddressed issues that lead to many crimes being committed.
The Khap panchayat in Indian villages follows one such custom, which has been killing young couples in the name of honour for years now.

Actor Om Puri and producer-director Ajai Sinha who feel strongly towards honour killing in our modern society have addressed this issue and voiced their opinion through their upcoming film ‘Khap’.

"Someone has to take the first step to end this. I am not waiting for somebody to wake up one day and that is why I have stood up against it," said Om to a daily.

Ajai, who`s the director of the film, said to a daily the primary motivation behind making this movie was not just success or monetary gain. "It`s for awareness among the youth. I have made this movie to make our country wake up and notice that while we might just fuss over everyday life, there are still customs like Khap in villages that don`t let people live their lives their way."

The film has got no political support because the topic is sensitive and no politician wants to be associated with it.

"It doesn`t matter if anyone supports us or not," said Om.

"We know that we have made the right movie. If Anna Hazare can stand alone, fight against corruption and make the nation realise the importance of it, I am sure we can do the same here. Even if we get support or not, the fight against the Khap panchayats from our side is on!" expressed Om to a tabloid.

The movie hits the film theatres this Friday with a hope that it`s the first step towards enlightening people towards this unaddressed issue of modern India.

APJ bowled by `I Am Kalam`, says it`s a great film

Former president A P J Abdul Kalam came, saw its promo and was impressed by the film `I Am Kalam`.

"While watching the film, some thoughts went in my mind that I have met 12 million youth in a decade from all over the country," he said after watching the promo of the Nila Madhab Panda directed film which tells the story of a poor boy, who is inspired by the former president so much so that he starts referring to himself as Kalam.

"The movie made me realise that every person can make changes in others lives. We should promote education in villages. I have started PURA (Provision of Urban Amenities in Rural Areas) scheme). We need to create employment to parents so that they can send their children to school," he said.

He also asked Panda to take his film to rural schools and colleges.

Set in Bikaner in Rajasthan, `I Am Kalam` describes the hunger of Chhotu (played by Delhi slum boy Harsh Mayar) for education, something which he cannot aspire to have because of penury.

Chhotu starts referring to himself as Kalam after watching on TV the former president speak about how he got his education fighting several odds with the help of his prince friend (played by Hussan Saad of `Delhi 6` fame).

Kalam said the right to education bill is not enough unless there are good primary school teachers, especially in remote villages.

Recalling his childhood, he said his dream to become a space scientist was given to him by his fifth class teacher, who radiated knowledge and purity. Kalam said all these years he met so many youths.

"I ask myself, `What have I learnt?` I have realised one thing that children are a big force. The ignited mind of the youth is the most powerful resource on the earth, above the earth and below the earth.

We have got 600 million youth, no other democratic country has got this," he said.

"If you have great aim in life and acquire the knowledge, it does not matter who you are you will reach your goal. Urban education is not enough, good education must reach remote villages.

"The recent right to education bill that Parliament has passed for compulsory free education is not sufficient. We need good primary teachers because he will create a creative classroom," Kalam said.

"My aim to become a space scientist was because of my fifth class school teacher. I was a 10-year-old child in British India of 1941. I was studying in a panchayat school.

"I remember my science teacher Shiv Subramani Aiyar and he once taught us about how the birds fly. He even took us

to sea shore to show us how they flew and changed the direction. This is where my dream was born. I knew that I will do something related to flight. I took physics, learnt about aeronautics engineer and space scientist," Kalam recalled.
