Farah: I don’t give a rat’s ass about what people say

After choreographing and filmmaking, Farah Khan is excited about her new role – romantic lead – in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali

You know that Farah Khan is going to make her acting debut in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film. That too as the female lead. No side roles for this feisty lady. But what you don’t know and we are going to tell you is much more. And we’ve got it straight from Farah’s mouth. The lady revealed some interesting things about the film at a press conference today. “It’s set against a Parsi background and titled Shirin-Farhad. I play Shirin and Boman plays Farhad. It’s a very nice script, an age-appropriate movie. Since it’s a Sanjay film, you can expect it to have a certain standard. It will definitely be a good looking film.” And if you are wondering about her taking up this challenge at this age, well, Farah is quite clear on that too. “I can’t give up an opportunity thinking what people will say. I married at 40, had kids at 43. I don’t give a rat’s ass what people will say.” Way to go Farah!
